Las Discretas is a classifieds board for adults. You will find sexual photos and information here. It is not suitable for minors.

Las Discretas rents virtual advertising space. It is not an agency, it does not arrange dates, and it does not take a cut of any encounter. Advertisers are independent adults.

Advertiser requirements

Before a listing goes live, the team asks for proof. The advertiser declares, under her own responsibility:

1. She is a real person, 18 or older, with legal capacity and in possession of her faculties.
2. She is contracting advertising on this site only, and she will provide a government photo ID that proves her age. The team sees that document; it is not published on the listing.
3. She understands the crime of human trafficking and is not subject to it.
4. She will give the team the personal data needed for review.
5. She understands that publishing a listing does not imply a sexual encounter with third parties, paid or unpaid. Contact happens off this site, through the channels she chose to show.
6. She voluntarily authorizes us to publish the listing name, photos and contact details she herself decided to display.

Las Discretas has no employment or other relationship with advertisers beyond publishing what they provide. It does not take part in offers of sexual services, paid or unpaid, that advertisers and visitors might make to each other.

Anyone who fails the requirements or gives false information may lose the listing without prior notice. This site is for independents; agencies have no place here.

Las Discretas rejects human trafficking and does not contribute to that crime. It knows Mexico’s General Law to Prevent, Punish and Eradicate Crimes in the Matter of Human Trafficking (Official Gazette, 2012) and does not encourage any criminal activity.

Any contact between advertisers and visitors is solely those people’s responsibility. This site is not a mediator, intermediary or conciliator.

By entering this site you accept that:

1. You are of legal age under the laws of your country.
2. The material is for an adult audience and personal use, and you will not expose it to minors.
3. Viewing or downloading the content does not violate the laws of your place of residence.
4. Placing advertising or links on this site without written consent is prohibited.

This notice covers information our servers collect, cookies, and what you send when you register, publish or pay for a plan. It follows Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What we collect

• An anonymous session id (httpOnly cookie calma_sid) to recognize visits, not to sell profiles.
• Language preference in the portal or admin, if you use those areas.
• If you create an account: email, a hashed password, and, for advertisers, legal name (team only), listing name, city, WhatsApp, photos, rates and identity documents.
• If you pay for a plan: the unique concept code, any receipt you upload, and payment status. The CLABE or payment link you see belongs to this business, not to you.
• If you use in-app mail: the message stays on the platform; we do not forward the content to a personal inbox.

How we use it

• To run the board, review listings and show what you authorized us to publish.
• To collect advertising fees and match a payment to the right advertiser.
• To count unique visits and improve the site.
• To follow the law and respond to a competent authority when required.

Cookies

The session cookie is needed for the site. Account cookies (calma_customer, calma_provider, calma_admin) exist only if you sign in. You can delete cookies in your browser; you will have to sign in again.

What we never ask for

Las Discretas will never ask for a card PIN or a third party’s CLABE over WhatsApp, chat or email. If someone impersonates us and asks, do not answer, and tell us.

Access and correction (ARCO rights)

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data. Advertisers correct their listing in the portal. For identity documents, accounts or a deletion request, write to us; we will verify your identity before we hand over or delete data.

Identity documents and payment receipts are limited to the review team. We do not publish home addresses or documents.
